With a detachable tipper, you ensure that your truck can be used flexibly for various things. This is because the body of these tippers is fully detachable and options can be swapped rapidly. This allows you to maximize your truck’s performance and save costs.
Quick-change systems are two-in-one systems for trucks. At AJK, we produce two variants: the combination tipper – tractor and the combination hookloader – tractor.

Tippers
From spare parts to final completion. Our tippers are drawn and produced from start to finish in our workshop. Characteristic for AJK is the newest model without any trusses which looks very sleek.
We produce our tippers as low, light and strong as possible, so that they are easy to use and have a large loading capacity.

MOUNTING
Tippers are tanks that are mounted to a two-, three-, four- or five-axle truck in order to perform bulk transport in the most effective way possible.
THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
They are mainly used in the construction industry to transport raw materials; in the demolition industry to remove rubble, for roadworks and as an agriculture tipper behind a tractor for e.g. the harvesting of crops.
COVER SYSTEM
Tippers are used with folding covers or a covering sheet to cover the tank.
DESIGN ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS
A lot of options are possible with regard to a design according to your needs, e.g. with a hydraulic back cover or an extra step.

Our pushers are extremely stable tippers for the heavy segment. We developed an innovative system to push the material out of the tipper.
